Key Learnings from “The Courage to Be Disliked”:

1. Freedom of Choice: We have the power to choose our own responses and actions, independent of past experiences or societal expectations. Taking responsibility for our choices empowers us to shape our lives.

2. Letting Go of Validation: Seeking validation from others can be limiting and can hinder our growth. Embracing our true selves and living in accordance with our own values is more important than seeking approval from others.

3. Separation of Tasks: Recognizing the difference between our own tasks and the tasks of others allows us to focus on our own growth and not be burdened by external factors. We can choose how we perceive and respond to events, freeing ourselves from resentment or blame.

4. Living in the Present: Embracing the present moment and letting go of attachments to the past or worries about the future allows us to fully experience and appreciate life. Happiness lies in being present and making the most of each moment.

5. Defining Happiness: Happiness is a subjective experience that differs for each individual. It is important to define our own version of happiness rather than chasing societal ideals or external markers of success.

6. Acceptance of Self: Embracing and accepting ourselves, including our flaws and imperfections, is crucial for personal growth. Authenticity and self-acceptance pave the way for genuine happiness.

7. Courage in Disapproval: Being true to ourselves may result in being disliked or facing disapproval from others. Having the courage to withstand that disapproval and stay true to our values is essential for living an authentic life.

8. The Power of Choice in Relationships: We have the choice to engage in and nurture healthy relationships. Recognizing that we can choose our connections empowers us to let go of toxic relationships and cultivate positive ones.

9. Overcoming Trauma: By focusing on the present and choosing to move forward, we can liberate ourselves from the burden of past traumas. Our past does not define us unless we allow it to.

10. Growth Mindset: Cultivating a growth mindset allows us to see challenges as opportunities for learning and personal development. Embracing a mindset of continuous growth helps us adapt, overcome obstacles, and reach our full potential.

These key learnings from “The Courage to Be Disliked” provide valuable insights into personal responsibility, self-acceptance, and finding happiness by living authentically. The book challenges traditional beliefs and encourages readers to embrace their own unique paths, empowering them to create meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Here are 10 lessons from the book “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg:

1. Habits are powerful forces that shape our lives. They can help us achieve our goals or hold us back from success.

2. Habits are formed by a three-step loop: cue, routine, and reward. The cue is a trigger that tells our brains to go into automatic mode. The routine is the behavior we perform. The reward is what we get out of the behavior.

3. Once a habit is formed, it can be very difficult to change. This is because the brain creates a neural pathway for the habit. The more we repeat the habit, the stronger the neural pathway becomes.

4. However, it is possible to change habits. The key is to identify the cue and reward for the habit you want to change. Once you know what triggers the habit and what you get out of it, you can start to create a new habit loop.

5. **One way to change a habit is to ** insert a new routine into the habit loop. This can be done by making small changes to the cue or reward. For example, if you want to stop eating junk food, you could start by putting it out of sight. This will make it less likely that you will be triggered to eat it.

6. **Another way to change a habit is to ** make the new routine more attractive. This can be done by making it more rewarding or by making it easier to do. For example, if you want to start exercising, you could make a deal with a friend to go to the gym together. This will make it more likely that you will actually go.

7. It is important to be patient when trying to change a habit. It can take weeks or even months to break a bad habit and form a new one. Don't give up if you don't see results immediately.

8. It is also important to be kind to yourself. Changing habits is hard work. Don't beat yourself up if you slip up. Just pick yourself up and start again.

9. Finally, remember that you are not alone. Everyone struggles with habits. There are many resources available to help you change your habits.

10. **The most important thing is to ** never give up. If you keep trying, you will eventually succeed.

I hope these lessons help you on your journey to creating better habits.

How do you manage to stay motivated if you face defeat?

Our motivation is the driving force to achieve success. When we don’t see things happening or experience obstacles, our motivation can decline.

When we put in our best efforts and don’t see the results, we feel discouraged and feel if it is even worth continuing. Once we look at the failed attempt as a lesson, improve ourselves, modify our approach and try, we can start afresh and stay motivated.

To stay motivated, the mind needs to see the possibility. Show your mind possibility by learning, improving and trying out different ways. When you achieve success, you won’t see it as a failure.

Success demands these 6 things..

(The Secret Formula)

1. Hard Work

Don't believe in luck, believe in hard work.

Stop trying to rush the process or searching for a shortcut.

There is none.

2. Patience

If you are losing the patience, you are losing the battle.

First nothing happens, then it happens slowly and suddenly all at once.

Most people give up at stage one.

3. Sacrifice

If you don't sacrifice for what you want, then what you want becomes the sacrifice.

Everything has its price. The question is: Are you ready to pay it for the life you desire?

4. Consistency

Consistency is what transforms average into excellence.

Without consistency, you will never achieve greater success.

5. Discipline

Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing.

There will be days when you don't “feel” like doing it.

You have to push through those days regardless of how you feel.

6. Self Confidence

Confidence is, I'll be fine if they don't like me.

THE JOURNEY WE HAVE WITH GOD IS NOT JUST ABOUT WHAT GOD HAS TO OFFER.
APOSTLE OROKPO MICHAEL.

The journey we have with God is not just about what God has to offer, there is an agenda God had in mind before he began the project of creation.

If you are only in the business of receiving from God, you will find out that you are not strong, and those that partnered with God to advance God's agenda that the devil is trying so hard to destroy will be Superior to those who is only receiving from God, because they are not just going to receive from God, and that which they are doing will give them credit in Zion, because when we get to Zion, we will not be rated based on the finished works of Christ, we will be rated based on our works of faith. On the strength of the finished works of Christ, we are all equal as children, but on the strength of our finished work of faith, we are not equal.

When we begin to do kingdom business, there are some who don't just receive from God, because they partnered with God to fight the battles of Elohim, because there is a contrary force that wants to bring the government of God on the face of the Earth.

When man was created, he was not necessarily created to receive from God, because all things were his, and when all things are yours, you don't need to ask God to receive, because you are an heir of God.

We need to come to the level, where it is no longer what we do for God, but where you can stand with God.
