You Need These 3 Things Actively Working In Your Marriage Or Relationship.
1. Serving
2. Sacrificing
3. Compromising
A ~ Serving - In marriage it can never be just about you, You have to think with a mindset of how can I serve, cover and make things better for my spouse or spouse to be. Remember Selfishness is the root core of all divorce and breakups here is why – It means somewhere along the road someone was not wiling to compromise in an area or it could have meant someone did not consult with the other for a variety of reasons.
B ~ Sacrificing – This probably goes hand in hand with serving. A Sacrifice is usually tied to something you perhaps don’t feel like doing for your mate or it could be a stretch to do it. Marriage is going to require many sacrifices at different times from both spouses or individuals, and often when you probably least expect it. Real sacrifice is a definitive of reflecting of real love.
C ~ Compromising – says you want your way, while he or she wants their way. Whats more realistic is getting a way you both agree on. Something like this could require your spouse getting what they want at that moment, and you getting what you want at another time, or it could mean you perhaps may not get all of your way but some of it or any combination in between.

1. More Is Not Better✅
Happiness is not about experiencing more of something.
It's about experiencing what you love in new and interesting ways.
2. Embrace Fear✅
You assume happiness is good, and fear is bad.
Fear is an indicator that you're doing something worthwhile.
Change your story around fear. Bad feelings are not always bad.
3. Seek New Experiences✅
It's difficult to change your beliefs through thought alone.
Seek new and novel experiences that make new beliefs real to you.
4. Problems Are Pathways✅
You view problems as roadblocks to your success. Truth is, they're pathways.
"What stands in the way becomes the way."
- Marcus Aurelius
5. Your Past Does Not Define You✅
We believe the past is set in stone, but in reality, your perception of the past changes as you do.
Change your future, change your past.
6. Tame Your Mind✅
An untamed mind is a minefield.
Impulsive sub-conscious thinking is disastrous in the long term.
Learn to let your conscious mind make decisions.
7. Avoid Fear with Routines✅
Habits and routine turn off your "fight or flight system" by making the unknown known.
This is why people with strong, healthy habits experience so much joy.
8. Emotional Intelligence✅
You can't control your emotions, but you can control your reaction to them.
Gain control of your life by being aware of your emotions.
9. Choose Your Thoughts✅
Recognize that social conditioning forms your thoughts. Reflect on your beliefs to figure out if they're your own.
Let go of any thoughts that no longer serve you.
10. Validate Feelings, Not Idea's✅
Build stronger relationships by validating their feelings.
Everyone's feelings deserve to be felt, seen, and respected.

Some Tips to Make Reading Your New Favorite Hobby! 🤯📚
⏩Reading is a great way to learn new things and expand your knowledge.
But how do you read a book effectively?
Here are some tips! 👇🏿
1. Start by choosing a book that interests you.
It's easier to stay engaged with a book if you're genuinely interested in the subject matter.
I am mostly fascinated by Non-Fiction books.
2. Set aside time to read each day. It can be 15 minutes or an hour, whatever works for you.
The important thing is to make reading a habit.
I read for an hour in the morning & Evening just before bed.
3. Find a quiet, comfortable place to read. Eliminate distractions, turn off your phone, and focus on the book in front of you.
I normally put my phone on airplane mood when I am reading.
4. Take notes as you read. Jot down key ideas or passages that stand out to you.
This will help you remember the content and organize your thoughts.
The back of the front cover is the best place I write my main ideas from the book I read.
5.Engage with the material. Ask questions, make connections, and challenge the ideas presented in the book.
This will deepen your understanding and help you retain the information.
6. Read actively, not passively. Don't just skim the words on the page; think about what they mean and how they relate to your own experiences and knowledge.
7. Take breaks when you need to. If you're feeling overwhelmed or tired, take a break and come back to the book later.
It's better to read slowly and consistently than to rush through the material.
Remember reading is not a race.
8. Finally, don't be afraid to read outside of your comfort zone.
Reading books that challenge your assumptions or push you to think differently can be a powerful way to grow and learn.

(𝔞 𝔩𝔬𝔫𝔤 𝔯𝔢𝔞𝔡 𝔱𝔥𝔞𝔱 𝔴𝔦𝔩𝔩 𝔠𝔥𝔞𝔫𝔤𝔢 𝔶𝔬𝔲𝔯 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔡𝔰𝔢𝔱)
This post is based on my experiences twice last month.
One Thursday evening, I needed to rush out to somewhere close by to pick up a product from someone waiting. I needed to be there so fast, so Keke was the best option. I stopped a tricycle, and the first thing that caught my attention was the person driving it. The man looked so good, fine, and clean. His skin looked no different from the word "fresh." Within me, I had this conviction that that was not an ordinary keke-rider; there was more.
We stopped at another junction and he picked up a lady. The lady was on a call and she kept using mean words to the person on the other side of the phone. When she ended the call and the driver asked where she was heading to, she rose her voice and scolding the driver if he never understood the sign she gave before she entered and the driver stayed quiet. At every spot when the driver got into a port hole, she blamed the driver for not knowing how to drive. Everyone inside the tricycle was irritated by her action, including the driver.
We got to another junction and the driver ordered her to get down and take another tricycle because he could no longer bare her attitude. When she alighted, the driver began to tell us that he does not own the tricycle, his driver does. He said he needed to stroll and he begged his driver to lend him the tricycle and that he have come to understand how people disrespect others because of what they do.
That experience thought me a lesson.
Secondly, I boarded a keke in an urban area in Abuja (the rich men resident). Around there almost everyone has a car, so if you're using a tricycle it is a sign that you're a visitor or a worker around there. I was sitting close to this lady who was a pack full of envelope, she looked like someone going for an interview or coming from an interview. We got conversing and truly she was returning from an interview, she didn't get the job.
All of a sudden, the woman seated close to us got interested in our discussion. Asked the lady what she studied and the kind of job she was hoping to the get, when the lady mentioned, the woman gave her contact to the lady and told her she have a slot for her.
The woman made a call and asked her gateman to open up gate for her because she was not coming in with her car, when the gate man enquired, she said “I left it at the mechanic by the road for repairs". Soon, the woman alighted in front of this mansion and you can tell that this was no common man.
These experiences taught me so much. Not every man who rides in a jeep is rich, he might just be a driver and not everyone who boards a public transport is poor, it is just a matter of choice. Learn not to treat people based on their carriage. Learn to talk to people humbly and responsibly. You might not find a king in his place, you might just find him walking past your street, the kind of treatment you give him will tell if you will ever get into his palace.
Not all kings appear in their royal apparel. So, learn to honor all men. The destiny helper you have been praying for might just be sitting close to you in that keke.
Stay humble!

DOMINATE THE EARTH
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, in Our likeness, and let them rule over
the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over
all the creatures that move along the ground” (Genesis 1:26).
Your purpose for being is to dominate the earth. (God did not create you to go to church. You go to church because you need to relearn how to live again. Church is school, and when you graduate you will be dead. That’s the perfect graduation ceremony—death.
Then you finally will come back to who you really are.) You were created to dominate the earth. If God created you and commanded
you to dominate the earth, God also is aware that you can do it.
God says, “Dominate the earth.”
And you quickly reply, “But, but, but…” Still God says, “Dominate the earth. I have created you to dominate the earth. I demand that you control, rule, govern, dominate, subdue, and subject this planet.”
God wouldn’t have made that demand if you couldn’t do it. He wired you to dominate this planet. You have the potential to dominate the earth because God placed within every human being the ability to dominate the planet. That is a very serious domination. You dare not complain when you are dominated by the earth (instead of the earth being dominated by you) because God has placed within you the capacity to do whatever He asks. Don’t you dare tell God that you cannot do it. He did not give you the responsibility without also giving you the ability. He created you with the ability to dominate the earth.
Your purpose for being is to dominate the
earth

Does being hopeful give us the strength to endure?
Being optimistic means that you see possibilities in life. Sometimes when we feel the slightest possibility, it strengthens us in the most challenging times.
There can be times in our lives when everything seems to be against us. We face failure in our relationships, career or personal front. We are at our lowest and feel most vulnerable, but if we cling to even the slightest hope, we can make it through.
Staying positive and hopeful can seem difficult at times, but if you tell yourself there is a possibility, if you believe you can overcome this and trust the strength within you, you will soon find yourself on the rise.
